Head - Online Travel Aggregator


Role description:


- This is a lead role as part of INSEA (India and South East Asia) business team that handles OTA (Online travel aggregator) business, one of the largest distribution channel for OYO in INSEA region.

- This is a problem-solving & execution role, requiring the candidate to drive key initiatives

- Aimed at increasing channel output & deriving greater efficiency from different OTA like MMT, Booking.com, Agoda, Traveloka etc. Key responsibilities will involve building performance capabilities, improving performance visibility, managing partner relationships & driving technology capability building - all aimed towards making OTAs an even bigger and more profitable demand channel for OYO.

Key responsibilities:

- Revamping channel performance strategy, team & processes to drive higher occupancy

- Driving technology interventions focused on greater automation, streamlined operations & lower costs

- Improving visibility, accountability & execution rigor through a target driven approach supplemented with a formal review cadence

- Managing country relationships as well as driving joint business reviews with the channel partners

Skills Required:

- Overall 10-12 years of experience with 4-6 years of quality experience across strategy / PnL management / project management

- First-principles thinker and ability to structure a big problem statement, devise solutions, create implementation roadmap & plan execution solutions, create implementation roadmap & plan execution

- People management & ability to recruit and manage teams as per the business requirement

- Ability to build, manage & sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
