Job Description:
- Managing team of Holiday Planners ( Ladies/House wive/Girls Work from Home )
- Involvement in Hiring function of Work from Home Process.
- Innovate, design, develop, and implement processes, systems, and technology to support and enhance the process.
- Owning end to end profit and loss of the portfolio.
- Organize and coordinate on the training programs for new hires and refresher on Products, Processes, Ways of working and Selling Skills.
- Keep a watch on competition activity and ensure rates and inventory offered to OYO are competitive with other OTA.
- Present feedback results to leadership team to reinforce overall drivers of the customer experience and provide actionable recommendations for improvements based on the voice of the customer.
- Work with Team Supervisors to ensure escalated cases and Customer Experience is in Tact.
- Identifying trends, patterns, outliers and deep dive on core issues.
- Should have excellent communication and leadership skills to work in a dynamic environment.
- Have to work Closely with Product Managers/ MM & Tech Teams to ensure process delivery in place.
- Daily / Weekly Review with all Holdiay Planner team.
- Knowledge management for the team and quality control
- Flexible to Travel.
