- Responsible for month on month Business operations cost delivery based on annual operating plan (AOP) for OYO's 500+ own operated hotels, a business growing at the pace of 15-20% every month.
- Work with City operations team (100+ General Managers and 20+ P&L heads) to build process and systems for cost management and visibility to achieve Opex numbers for both short term and long term.
- Work with Business capabilities team to build efficient operations model and scale up the same for AOP delivery.
- Work with business finance team to support for cost hygiene in P&L.
- Work with business unit heads to own the entire property operations cost.
- Strong People leader who can influence and motivate large teams on the ground
- Ability to create a scalable and repeatable process
- Ability to create technology products along with the engineering teams to automate operations on ground
- Objective and structural problem-solving skills
- Data drove and strong analytical mind frame
- Ability to build and innovate different operating models
- Undergraduate degree preferably from IIT, BITS, NIT, etc
- Must have a passion for bringing disproportionate changes and structured thinking.
- 5 to 7 years of experience managing large scale Operations, working with cross-functional teams to meet a common business goal
- Entrepreneurial work experience will be an added advantage
