OYO Rooms - Head - Business Development (5-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities
- Head and own Supply addition in the hub
- Develop, evolve and execute strategies to add quality Supply to the hub.
- Strategise and assign sellable rooms acquisition targets to the team members
- Coach and mentor BDMs on the field and in the classroom to build their capabilities and enable them to meet their targets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to process before any property is onboarded
- Assign leads to the BDMs as and when required
- Meet property owners and sell OYO's Vision of providing comfortable stays for many
- Pitch in contract closure as and when there is criticality and intervention required
- Adhere to the business norms and ensure profitability through effective PnL Management
- Periodic review of joint business plan with the property owners in order to have a profitable business association
- Liaise with the key stakeholders from lead generation till property going live
- Periodic review of BDMs to fill the Gaps on their capability and performance

Key Performance Indicators :
- 100% of Productive Team Members
- Number of Sellable Rooms Signed month on month
- Number of Sellable Rooms made live month on month
- Gross margin derived from the properties signed
Factors Influencing Hiring Decision :
- Experience - Minimum 5 to 8 Years of Experience
- Acquiring businesses is a must
- Acquiring Hotels would be an added advantage
- Proven record of managing a team
Technical Skills :
- Networking ability
- Proof reading of Legal Contracts
- Soft Skills (ERP/APP usage, Excel, Email Writing)
- Good negotiation skills
