As user growth lead for user acquisition, your role will be to write the next chapter of growth for OYO, by identifying new segments for user acquisition, and creating and implementing strategies to drive acquisition from those segments. Role &amp; Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Define strategy roadmap for user acquisition, and marketing strategies across segments - Integrate analytics and design thinking with marketing campaigns to drive performance - Set up performance, attribution and ROI measurement processes - Work with product and engineering to streamline campaigns - Define SOPs, and establish scalability and predictability of mass media and alliance projects - Take responsibility of online business generation from new user acquisition - Challenge the status quo in marketing and conversion and comes up with No Cost growth strategies - You will be expected to be flexible about responsibilities that you take up, which will be determined based on the priorities of the organization - Determine metrics to measure and devise measurement dashboards to evaluate the impact and efficiency of new products and business processes Desired Skills and Experience : - Problem solving and ability to devise independent data driven solutions - First principle thinking, and structured approach - Ability to integrate strategic thinking and execution - Ability to manage cross functional stake holders and drive them to common agenda - Extensive background in data modeling, statistical analysis with big data, and hands-on programming skills (R, Python, SQL) Qualifications : - Min. 3 years of experience in product and business analytics in a business environment - BS/ BE/ BTech in economics, engineering or quantitative focus - Prior experience in online user acquisition or growth is a strong advantage
