OYO Rooms - Growth Head - Total Holiday Business Vertical

Growth Head - Total Holiday :

- Strategize and Execute growth strategies for OYO Total holiday business vertical by way of new user acquisition, lead generation, driving conversion and overall repeat business via CRM and loyalty.

- Ownership of complete offline and online acquisition and CRM campaign management to drive business objectives - Tactical lead generation and Conversion will be primary KPI for this role

- Manage a team of CRM and Marketing associates (including executives and managers) to deliver the overall B2C AOP for Total Holiday business.

- Stakeholder management with Packages BD, Pricing, Sales and Tech Teams

- Solution orientation in problem scenarios

- Implementation and Planning rigour for key projects management

- Agility to handle last minute changes and

- Cost Management and deliver of overall ROI for the business.

Preferred Person - 

- Someone who has run their own startup or Vertical or has handled online or offline user acquisition and growth.

- Experience of 5 years plus in similar or other challenging environments.

- Understands the market dynamics - and how to navigate effectively

- Challenges the status quo in marketing and conversion and comes up with No Cost growth strategies.

- Has deep interest in how marketing and conversion works.

- Uses data to take decisions - Dashboards, Segmentation Analysis etc are a way of thinking for them
