Responsibilities :

1. Ownership of European tax compliance

2. Provision of sound technical advice on UK and European tax matters

3. Perform VAT data quality check, perform VAT documentation and reconcile monthly yearly VAT data

4. Prepare annual tax plan; calculate advance tax & file statutory tax returns; ensure accuracy & adherence to SLAs and timelines

5. Work on any issues around the integration of M&A opportunities with our Swiss model. Provide advice on the tax impact of any acquisitions made by the group

6. Stakeholders Management

Requirements :

- CA / MBA of equivalent

- 5 + years of experience in taxation

- Should have sound knowledge on EU tax laws, EU Corporate tax Directives, reverse charge & supply rules

- Familiar with VAT classifications including ESS, TOMS, intermediaries, lodging and tourism taxes
