It will be a team handling role that will work in close collaboration with business and HR heads and partners to ensure delivery of an efficient engagement program augment employee experience and business productivity. We are looking for a Director, People Operations to help support and drive operational excellence, efficiency and performance. The incumbent will lead a team that plays an integral part of our larger Employee Experience function which includes: Business Partners, People Operations, Learning and Development, Program Management, You will partner with cross-functional teams from Payroll, Business Partners and HR Operations team. You will leverage your broad HR experience in systems and project management to continuously improve our technology solutions and operations. Role and Responsibilities - Create a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy - Build systems and processes to scale 5X in a calendar year. Play an instrumental role in helping drive the coordination of Pan India people operations execution across our 23 hub offices - Drive all initiatives at Hubs in tandem with the regional HR Heads, setting a review cadence to work to drive metrics like NPS, factors like Attrition, L&amp;D Initiatives, onboarding, and Employee experience - Design and lead employee onboarding - Work with the HRBPs on the manpower planning with a short, mid and long term view as part of the AOP process - Provide design inputs on incentive schemes the central HR excellence teams - Ensure accurate and timeline reporting of key data points by BHRs (recruitment, headcount, cost, attrition, amber feedback, exit feedback) to the business in the form of dashboard, reports etc. - Ensure compliance across all HR processes like Induction, POSH training, payroll processing, new joiner and exit process - Drive the execution of key HR processes like induction, performance management, learning academy at hubs - Oversee the employee lifecycle management from offer stage to exit - Lead global people operations systems roadmap and self-service strategy to support long-term and service delivery goals, and ensure the highest levels of data management and accuracy for all HR Systems. The incumbent will work around our core HRIS and ATS solution to elevate our HR processes and service delivery.
