Data Analyst Job Description : 1. Produce regular reports and analysis, write systems queries to gather data, perform data mining and analysis using tools including MS Excel, SQL, TABLEAU to identify trends and develop forecasts, as well as identify opportunities for cost savings and quality improvements 2. Own, develop and maintain metrics allowing more granular explanations of Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Business report trends and driving the prioritization of Quality/Cost Improvements projects. 3. Provide analysis support on Project, New Initiatives and Strategic Decisions Collaborate with business, product and technology teams to implement projects. 4. Deep dive and acquire extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices and apply when solving business problems Participate in industry and other professional networks to ensure awareness of industry standards, trends and best practice in order to strengthen organizational and technical knowledge 5. Work with various stakeholders to identify the business requirements, define working methodologies and the expected outcome 6. Make OYO - Weddingz.in a data driven organization by creating platforms to better access, interpret and use data in driving day-to-day decisions and business functioning Requirement : 1. Working knowledge of a query language SQL/Ms Excel is a must 2. Knowledge of any scripting language is strong advantage 3. Proficiency with presentations and MS Office is good to have Preferred Person : - First principal problem solving, analytical skills, data-driven focused decision making, excellent project management skills.
