Job Summary:

The CRM Growth Manager will be responsible for managing the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system and drive Daily Active Users (DAU) on the App. The candidate should be able to plan and execute effective communication strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. The candidate should be able to derive insights on customer behaviour, must have expertise in CRM tools like MoEngage/CleverTap and create targeted trigger and promotional marketing techniques to drive customer activation, conversion and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create the charter for CRM for India, Indoneisa and Malaysia geographies. Plan initiatives to deliver DAU targets

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CRM initiatives, using data to inform improvements and adjustments as needed

- Create CRM communication plan based which is contextual to the times and captures peak period and lean period

- Develop and implement effective communication strategies using different types of campaigns (promotional & triggered) that enhance customer engagement and retention.

- Design campaigns utilizing multi-channel marketing mix across Push notifications, S.MS, Whatsapp & email marketing

- Analyze customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns.

- Collaborate with other teams (Product, Tech, Brand etc) to ensure the CRM system integrates seamlessly with other marketing tools and platforms.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM trends and technologies to continuously improve the company's CRM practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in CRM, with a focus on trigger and promotional push notifications marketing

- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.

- Be able to manage at team of 3-4 members

- Proficiency in CRM software and tools, such as Clevertap/moengage/Google Analytics.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to use data to inform decisions.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
