OYO Rooms - City Head (6-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build business and lead P&L, setup client operations of a city/zone
- Responsible for acquisition and portfolio management of client supply, building sustainable supply channels and overseeing operations and customer experience
- Hire, mentor and lead teams of size 20-30 highly motivated employees across Business Development, Operations, Transformation and Finance
- Responsible for managing Operations (quality of service & escalations) in the marketplace and ensuring high quality of customer experience and cost effective operations
Required Skills:
