Title: City Head

Location: Nainital, Haridwar, Manali & Jaipur

No. of vacancies: Multiple

Key Responsibilities:

- Build business and lead P&L, setup client operations of a city/zone

- Responsible for acquisition and portfolio management of client supply, building sustainable supply channels, and overseeing operations and customer experience

- Hire, mentor, and lead teams of size 20-30 highly motivated employees across Business Development, Operations, Transformation and Finance

- Responsible for managing Operations (quality of service & escalations) in the marketplace and ensuring high quality of customer experience and cost-effective operations

Required Skills:

- Team Leader with an objective approach toward goal setting and monitoring

- Ability to get things done and influence others

- Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground

- The analytical frame of mind & a go-getter attitude

- Demonstrates high ethical values
