OYO Rooms - Chartered Accountant - International Taxation

Location : Gurgaon Sec 69 (WFO)

Experience & background :

- 2 - 3 years of post-qualification experience

- Chartered Accountant

Role in brief :

- Responsible for compliances (direct & indirect) for OYO international business, we have presence across South East Asia, Middle East, Europe, LATAM and Americas.

- Handling Tax Litigation in overseas countries

- Tax planning for all inter & intra group transactions

- Targets to meet ETR for both direct & indirect taxes.

- Cross country Treaty analysis and PE exposure

Key factor :

- Self-motivated.

- Work closely with overseas advisors, consultants, larger internal finance teams

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Strong MS excel skills

- Stakeholder management

- Candidates with work experience in corporate tax with Big 4s will be preferred
