OYO Rooms - Business Finance Manager (5-10 yrs)

Role & Responsibilities :
- Liasoning with Cross-functional leaders and senior management to drive the overall financial health of the organization
- Carrying the EBITDA delivery target for Segment in line with Annual Plan / Budget
- Planning, Budgeting, Integrated financial planning, and performance management
- Cash flow and working capital optimization
- Competition benchmarking and market analysis
- Deals approval for all the customers
- Business partnering to deliver segment EBITDA as per projections
- Drive Channel, Regional and Product level profitability
- Debtors collection and controlling
- Liaison with controllership / GSS for month closing
Desired Skills & Qualifications :
- MBA / PGDBM Finance / CA from the reputed college
- Post Qualification Experience of Min 5-10 years
- Experience in Financial Modelling / P&L delivery / Cost Optimization / Business Finance
- Leading team of min 4-5 people for more than 2 years
- Experience in Startups/eagerness to work in startups
- Soft Skills - Good communication skills; Self Motivated
- Functional Skills - Understanding of GAAP principals, Program management
