Responsibilities
1. Responsible for P&L driven decisions for the assigned area.
2. Identifying and Acquiring new properties on OYO platform.
3. Hunting properties and on-boarding them, also generating new leads.
4. Responsible for end-to-end business development of the assigned area; includes planning and building short-term and long-term supply
5. Cross-functional approach through coordination with multiple teams in inter and Intra geographies
6. Creating a balance in inventory growth and demand to ensure optimization
7. Proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
Required Skills :
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in sales and business development
- Prior experience into field sales and new lead generation
- Experience in early-stage startup environments would be an advantage
- Focused and possess sales mindset
- Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground.
