OYO Rooms - Business Associate - Partnerships - Analytics (2-4 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Own analytical problems and data for the function - validity, accuracy, completeness, consistency, and uniformity
- Build templates and dashboards to automate operational and management reporting
- Drive meaningful business insights, and measure performance from data
- Make the function a data driven organization by creating platforms to better access, interpret and use data in driving business decisions
- Own end to end NRV for coupon affiliates channel
Desired Skills:
Problem solving: First principle thinking, structured approach to problem solving and critical thinking
Analytical skills: Ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Technical expertise: Understanding of statistical modelling and data mining concepts, and a track record of solving problems with these methods
- Communication and presentation: Ability to extrapolate data to meaningful business insights; Good data visualisation and presentation skills
- Strong command and proficiency in SQL, R / Python, Advance Excel is mandatory
- Exposure to sales and marketing funnels, digital marketing, marketing analytics is preferrable
Qualifications:
Prior experience in Consulting or Business Analyst roles
Min. 2 years of experience in analytics
