Role would involve: - End to end designing and driving key initiatives, which shall help OYO operations in the long run. - Working closely with product managers as the business representative and ensuring delivery of on time projects with 100% FTR - Execute complex operations and solve problems persistently and at a lightning speed - Design and implement processes and systems for scale to drive operational efficiency and provide structure in a haphazard environment Required Skills: - First principle problem solving, analytical skills, data-driven focused decision making - Good program management and project management skills - Stakeholder Management with business development, transformation, Design and internal operations teams - Strongly inclined to do high quality and impactful work in an dynamic and unstructured environment Eligibility Criteria: - Undergraduate degree from a Tier I college/university in India (IIT, BITS, NIT, etc.) or MBA/PGDM from Tier I Colleges in India - Experience of around 2-4years preferably in factory or warehouse operations - Ability/Willingness to build and execute operational capabilities, processes and systems - Good understanding of consumer experience and levers to improve it Excellent communications and sound analytical skills
