OYO Rooms - Business Analyst - Excel/SQL/Python/R

- Perform quantitative analyses that translate data into actionable insights and provide analytical, data-driven decision-making support for key projects

- Work with various functional teams and own data-driven experimentation to improve visibility on efficiency and performance metrics

- Fast learner : ability to learn and pick up a new language/tool/ platform quickly

- Expert level proficiency in SQL and at least one of: R and Python

- 1-3 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in start-ups if preferred - A hustler who is able to aggressively follow up, handle pressure and work rapidly evolving environments

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Math, Statistics, Comp Science, Engineering, or any other technical field

- Comfortable manipulating, transforming, and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensional data from varying sources (databases and functional teams).

- Experience in reporting and dashboards involving very large datasets and multiple data sources, with the ability to interpret data and produce meaningful insights.

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of machine learning, probability theory, statistics and algorithms.

- Tier one college is preferred
