Job Description - Experience in Business Analyst and proficiency of R, SQL. Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends and key levers - Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods. - Evolve and implement effective delivery mechanisms aligned with the analysis output. - Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards. - Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools. Desired Candidate Profile - - 1-3 years professional work experience or bachelors degree - Ability to learn new software applications quickly and document processes. - Superior proficiency with MS Excel and data analytic tools including formulas and data visualization. - Experience with statistical tools such as Advanced Excel and SQL is a must - Ability to respond quickly within a defined process - Detail oriented in using multiple data sets - Demonstrated ability to make decisions, judgements, and recommendations through a fact-based process - Strong attention to detail. - Good communication skills.
