What you will do and achieve : - Understand and Model User Behavior to drive key business insights for driving more Business - Making the product and services more contextual for the users - Hands on in Data Modeling and Big data analysis - Inclined towards driving insights to action, rather than making a perfect product - Major areas that will be covered - Contextual Content Serving on the platform - Personalized CRM and Conversion paradigms - Localization Paradigm Preferred Person : - Who has worked in a major Big Data Analytics firm for atleast 3 years, hands on in terms of OR Who has worked in a major firm specializing in Data Mining and Analysis and Consulting - Problem gathering from business stakeholders - Data Based Modeling and Solutioning - Implementation Bias - and not just "Model and forget" What you must have : - Demonstrated programming skills in relevant languages, including R, Python, SQL - Extensive background in data mining, dashboard creation and statistical analysis with big data
