Key Responsibilities: - Own local brand direction, working in cooperation with Global Brand &amp; Design team and business teams - Understand and develop consumer behaviour and identify insights and trends with respect to the brand. Translate the key findings to formulate strategies and implement the same - Support local design implementation working with central Design team and local execution - Prioritize AOP investment for balancing short term and long term needs and maximizing ROI. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors- activities to identify opportunities and key issues - Develop Integrated Communication Plans for all brands and translate them in terms of defining the objectives, prioritizing the actions, mobilizing the key stakeholders to achieve the plan - Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and brand health parameters - Cooperation with Creative team and agencies - Demonstrate leadership and facilitate development of his/her team Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a hands-on experience in Product Management and Brand Management managing global product/ brand Portfolio on a market preferably in retail or hospitality
