This role is for a AVP/Director OTA (Online Travel Aggregator) position in the International OTA team for OYO and the candidate will be required to drive the performance of a particular region/country on the Online Travel agencies. - Responsible for an international zone's growth and revenue based on company goals - Responsible for managing stakeholder relationship with Finance, tech, Country Heads and Revenue team - Responsible for meeting defined targets for the channel in each country. Will be the go-to person for all kind of queries and ownership for country specific initiatives. - Job would require travel to country locations, meeting external partners to increase business - Owner of the zone/category's performance on OTAs and to drive time-bound impact and results - Drive deliverable by working cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders - To be able to increase occupancy for the hotels by liasing with multiple OTAs and listing them across OTAs by setting up fool proof processes - Will be responsible for channel management, online property performance, and relationship management with our distribution partners - Responsible for managing stakeholder relationship with Finance, tech, Country Head and Revenue team - Responsible for meeting defined targets for the channel in the country - Will be the go-to person for all kind of queries and ownership for country specific initiatives - Job would require travel to country locations, meeting external partners to increase business Key Skills: - 5-6 years of relevant experience in Stakeholder Management and leadership handling. - General Management/Consulting experience is a plus - Excellent Analytical skills, excellent with numbers. Bring in Operational Efficiencies, take new initiatives for automation. - Worked cross functionally - Fluent communication and ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders - Must be good in work planning and prioritization. - Good in coordination with clients and internal teams - Comfortable with large data sets and able to drive meaningful insights from data
