We need someone with good business acumen and creative knowledge to lead projects. Key Responsibilities a. Support and lead various projects in the content marketing vertical b. Maintain effective coordination between varied teams and maintain workflow c. Worked in the visual merchandising space and has an eye for creativity and design d. Has good business acumen and can work with technology teams and other stakeholders to bring alive the creative thinking to deliver business results e. Identify immediate and crucial tasks and ensure timely delivery f. Maintain regular documents and reports for internal consumption g. Ensure seamless flow of information within the team and ensure quality check for content h. Proactively come up with projects in the realm of content marketing to drive business i. Challenge status quo and come up with a more efficient system Key Requirements a. Has sufficient knowledge of working excel to maintain data b. Self-starter with an ability to deliver on timelines c. Has an eye for details and inclination in learning new things d. Has good written and verbal communication e. Should be a strategic thinker, and should have managerial skills to handle operations with a creative blend of mind Eligibility Criteria a. MBA from a top Tier institute b. Consulting experience, revenue delivery experience is a strong added advantage c. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a high-paced industry
