OYO Rooms - Assistant Manager - Supply Chain (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Order fulfilment, sharing rolling forecast with vendors, releasing purchase orders, tracking orders
- Coordinate with launch teams and ensure launch work is on track with timely delivery of orders at launch site
- Close coordination with the vendors to ensure our orders are fulfilled timely
- Ensuring fulfilment of reorders, consumables and complimentary items and managing reverse logistics of assets
- Coordination with Cross functional teams to execute tasks for smooth operations
- Minimizing delays by proactive follow-ups, identifying critical paths and managing it, publishing dashboard with the entire team.
- Ensuring Vendor Invoices are submitted with in the timelines for timely payments to vendors
Eligibility Criteria
- 3 to 5 years of operation/supply chain management experience for post graduates/ 3 to 5 years of operation/supply chain management experience for graduates
- Previous procurement/warehousing experience will be a plus, but not mandatory
- Good communication and ability to manage situations
