- Oyo network is primed for expansion across all its verticals of SMART, Flagship and Townhouse. It requires a SC network to be set up to ensure that we scale up at the right pace and efficiency.

- This will be one of the most exciting pieces to build the supply chain backbone for India's largest own run hotel network. It will include developing processes and integration systems across planning, logistics and warehousing verticals. The Assistant Manager supply chain will be custodian of setting up one full vertical across the 3 businesses in OYO.

Duties and responsibilities :

Supply Chain Planning :

- Demand planning, sharing rolling forecast with vendors, releasing purchase orders, tracking reorder level of SKUs at warehouse and ensuring timely replenishment, relationship management with vendors and payment processing

- Coordinate with launch team and ensure launch work is on track with timely delivery of orders at a launch site

- Maintaining a good rapport with the vendors to ensure our orders get priority in their production schedules and helping vendors meet our expectations in terms of cost, quality and service SLAs

Warehousing & Logistics Management :

- Managing Oyo's distribution network, coordinating vendor's delivery at site movements, inventory management at a warehouse, 3PL management, monitoring SLAs and TATs of transporters and couriers

- Ensuring fulfillment of reorders, consumables and complimentary items and managing reverse logistics of assets

- Tracking OTIF, minimizing delays, identifying critical paths and managing it, publishing dashboard with the entire team.

People Management :

- Ability to interact with multiple people for multiple projects and driving transparency across a supply chain

Building Capabilities :

- Taking up short-term process improvement projects and implement in time bound manner

- Implementing process automation projects e.g. WMS, OMS etc.

Qualifications :

- Preferably from FMCG, Retail, Consumer durable or Hospitality background

- 1 to 2 years of operation/supply chain management experience for postgraduates/ 3 to 5 years of operation/supply chain management experience for graduates

- Previous procurement/warehousing experience will be a plus, but not mandatory
