About Central Supply Team

The Central Supply Team sits at the heart of growth aspirations for the OYO Vacation Homes business. We plan how many Homes are needed to achieve the Revenue numbers and then work closely with the Ground Sales Team based out of European markets and other Central Functional Teams (Product, Revenue, HR, Legal etc) to deliver the numbers.

Job Responsibilities :

- We have created an assisted Self onboarding channel for Supply acquisition and now, we are in the scale-up phase for the channel. To be able to do so, we are looking for high ownership individuals looking to experience a new role within OYO.

- Role will be a unique combination of analytics, strategic thinking and enabling the implementation of ideas.

- Act as a point person for the Inside Sales team for all functions/departments in the Organization

- Generate data-driven insights for efficient problem solving and work closely with Inside Sales' Team Leaders (based in Romania) and Central Functional Teams (Product, Revenue etc) to ideate solutions

- Chart out detailed initiative plans to enable the efficient tracking of progress and identify deviations/ blockers for all initiatives

- Prepare memos, presentations and updates as required for the senior management and the broader stakeholders in the Organization

- Problem solve to reach our aspiration of converting all leads with maximum of 1 call and 1 email through initiatives like product based automations, pitch standardization, contract simplification among others.

- Market visit if problem solving mandates to do so (if external situation permits)

Skills Required:

- Strong hold on Data systems at OYO, Python, SQL and Microsoft Excel to build required dashboards and data reports

- Strong program management to engage cross functional stakeholders (product, tech, Romania team) and deliver on improvements

- Data orientation: Capable of data crunching to identify trends and deep dive into core issues

- Good problem solving skills: Focused approach to provide outcomes

- Comfortable with building creatives using available tools
