Role & Responsibilities : - Be responsibility for delivering revenue KPIs & manage P&L while focusing on user acquisition through partnership accounts - Drive all aspects of partner relationship including business development, enablement, partner marketing, and solution development - Build long-term relationships with partners across hierarchies and functions - Manage partner pipeline as per aligned frameworks and grow the Partner accounts to 5X in 6 months - Present and promote OYO's value proposition and capabilities as a WIN-WIN to partners - Manage all relationship interlocks - executive, product development, marketing, delivery - Collaborate with internal marketing, revenue, tech, and other relevant teams to build and execute joint demand generation plans - Bring on-board new deals & negotiate deal constructs, commercials, and agreements, and execute campaigns arising from the deals Desired Skills : - 1 to 3 years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, Online sales, digital marketing or corporate sales - Strong analytical skills and problem solving thinking - Structured & focused approach towards building partnerships - Strong negotiation and indirect/ cross-functional stakeholder management skills - Good balance of big picture + implementation rigor - Exposure to sales and marketing funnels, online marketing and marketing analytics - Ability to get your foot in the door in partner organizations
