Role overview: - Experienced and driven individual to manage and lead the delivery of all aspects of management reporting supporting the business globally in order to facilitate key strategic decision making by Business heads across the organization. - The primary focus will be managing, planning and coordinating delivery of all aspects of global financial planning and analysis for the Business including; forecasting, budgeting and producing high quality management reporting for leadership on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. - Will work with stakeholders across the organisation to provide a comprehensive analytical service on a wide range of matters from start to finish. Requests for support will often be ad-hoc in nature across a diverse range of subjects, requiring a high quality response in an efficient manner. Key duties/responsibilities: - Financial modelling - Responsible for the ownership, management and development of detailed central forecasting models - Produce consolidated long-term forecasts on a quarterly basis encompassing cash flow, balance sheet and returns covering the underlying businesses - Participation in automation and reporting improvement initiatives Financial Analysis - Provide comprehensive analysis from a financial stand-point - Apply appropriate analytical techniques across a broad range of topics - Provide modelling support for Corporate Activity Reporting - Quarterly capital and balance sheet reporting to Board Committees - Development of regular reporting output to key stakeholders - Group stress-testing reporting and analysis - Improve Financial Forecast - Implement strong process to deliver high level of accuracy on revenue and margin forecasts by month, thereby creating predictability on business decisions. - Manage the production of high quality management reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis for various business groups to facilitate timely strategic decision making by key stakeholders - Support and manage all aspects of financial reporting and analysis for all functional groups of the organisation - Manage and co-ordinate the global annual operating plan/budgeting process for the organisation - Effectively manage and co-ordinate the timely submission of monthly rolling forecasts to Corporate for various functions within required deadlines working with all key stakeholders within the Corporate and the wider Finance group, to ensure Corporate mandates/guidance are followed; - Complete various Executive level reporting packs for the overall organisation - Develop strong working relationships with relevant Senior Business Leads and key internal stakeholder groups - Oversee detailed analytical reviews on a monthly and quarterly basis for various business groups on expense variance drivers in an effort to provide greater transparency into reported numbers both for the CFO as well as the business heads - Manage, coach and develop team members in all aspects of their roles; - Manage, co-ordinate and review work of direct reports ensuring the appropriate prioritization to meet the wider team deliverables; - Develop and maintain business knowledge to best support business leads in a finance business partner capacity; - Support ad-hoc reporting requirements and initiatives as required by both Finance and Executive Management. Job requirements/essential skills: - Fully qualified finance professional qualification with minimum of 5 Years Post Qualification Experience; - Minimum of 5 years industry relevant experience with a proven track record specifically in FP&amp;A - Proven experience in people management with experience of managing remote teams an advantage; - Ability to develop strong key stakeholder relationships with demonstrable influencing and presentation skills; - Strong analytical abilities with ability to analyse drivers and trends, and actively challenge components with key stakeholders across the organization; - Excellent Problem solving abilities; - Ability to multi-task and manage multiple people and projects; excellent time management and organization skills.
