We are looking for a Dynamic Finance professional who will work with our Finance Team & create an impact around the process of work. You Role with us - Responsible for standardising process Preparing Advance Recon, Monthly & Yearly - Resolution of day to day queries & managing Inventory Control & Managing Advances / security deposits - Will manage Preparing of Policies and SOP's and ensuring their compliance & Reco of Payments received from distributors & Reconciliation with Owners and Payments - Preparation of PNL for F&B Responsible for Timely and accurate payment to owners to avoid any leakages & to maintain a steady & long term relationship with Partners. - Will manage Budget vs Actual pay-out to minimise risky advances and ensure its collection and entire process is done under no risk & delay. - Working with Legal and City team to drive collection of money from owner of purged property and ensure the financial balance updates . Additional Requirements Experience- - 4+ years of experience will be preferred - CA with 2-3 of experience will be preferred - B. Com & Chartered accountant ( Any Full time Graduate & CA role is must )
