OYO Rooms - Assistant Manager - Internal Communications (5-7 yrs)
OYO's PR & Communications team is looking for a talented, creative and experienced professional to inform, connect and engage with OYOpreneurs in our India and South Asia region. Assistant Manager - Internal Communications will be responsible for the following:
- Develop internal deliverables for executive communications, organizational communications and employee-led stories for the India and South Asia region
- Curate and edit content for all internal communications, such as videos, emailers, briefing documents, presentations, town hall collaterals, intranet stories etc
- Execute internal communications strategy / plans in line with the organizational mission and vision and ensure that they are consistent with external messaging
- Collaborate with businesses and functions across the region to streamline internal communication
- Work with senior executives and business heads to understand and execute their internal communications requirements and ensure that they are in line with the overall communication strategy
- Work on several critical projects simultaneously and independently
- Prioritize and streamline high volume of information across the organization to develop meaningful and impactful communication that is relevant to employees
- Other internal communications team projects, as needed
Minimum requirements:
- Advanced understanding of how to communicate across various platforms, especially internal, and technologies
- 5-7 years of experience in the communications space, preferably in internal communications of a high-growth start up or a fast-paced global organization
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Prior experience of working with senior executives and managing stakeholders
- Expert project management skills with meticulous attention to detail; ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
