Job Description:
Key role and responsibilities:
- Management reporting of key metrics that aid business decision making and support key strategic initiatives on weekly and monthly basis
- Budgeting and forecasting; preparation of AOP and other financial plans; variance analysis
- Provide insights basis slicing and dicing of P&L at various levels - category, product, regional, entity, etc.
- Extensive interactions with key functional leaders across geographies and entities for business and financial understanding
- Coordination with the corporate and investor-facing teams for business and financial updates; commercial due diligence of new entities
- Monitoring, review and analysis of key KPIs, visibility creation through dashboards and financial models through automation and collaboration with data analytics team
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant with more than 2 years post qualification experience
- High on ownership and go getter attitude
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Zeal for management reporting and cross-functional discussions
