OYO Rooms - Assistant Manager - Finance SCM

- Budgetary Control - Capex request for Marketplace and Flagship/OTH properties, including PR/PO due diligence and business justification, variance analysis

- Commercial Control - Work closely with Vendor Management team to monitor vendor profiling, sourcing strategy, bench-marking and enable framework for audit requirement

- Asset Management - including new product UAT, adoption and adherence of process monitor for asset recording, verification and reconciliation

- Fixed Asset register maintenance, ensuring the correctness basis the physical verification

- Adapt for various new Business requirement balanced with Financial control

- Preparing and monitoring finance controls w.r.t. procurement processes.

- Work collaboratively with and report to asset management team and senior executives.

- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close

- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
