Job Description - Meal Plan Offline Channel, F&B Job Title (s) - Meal Plan - Offline Department - Revenue (F&B) Reporting to - Revenue Meal Plan Manager Key Responsibilities : - Responsible for increasing top line for Meal Plan from Micromarket Channels and Direct Channel - Driving adoption and impact of the initiatives by working in close coordination with the internal stakeholders - Design processes and solutions to improve overall meal plan revenue majorly via Micromarket team and Direct channel team - Driving Incentives for both the channels and creating visibility on the respective platforms People Responsibilities: Working and collaborating extensively with all internal stakeholder - CRM Team, tech team & Direct Channel team Key Performance Indicators : - Overall Revenue through these two channels - Meal plan adoption % MM channel (includes Corporates and TAs) - Meal plan adoption % Direct Channel Factors Influencing Hiring Decision Experience : - 2-4 Years of Experience - Tier-1/2 Engineering / MBA College - Process / Capability building Technical Skills - Analytics - Excel, SQL - Sound understanding of numbers and data - Identifying trends, patterns, outliers and deep dive on core issues Behavioral Skills : - Team management - Stakeholder Management - Driving sales through people - Holder Interaction/Management Internal Yes, Ground and Central Team External Corporates & Travel Agents
