- As a (assistant) Manager you work within the Business Finance function of the Finance department,which is responsible for providing quality management information, value adding analyses,budgeting, forecasting and financial advice to support decision making.

- In this role you will be involved in various performance management and improvement areas,supporting the AVP Business Finance. These can be of both quantitative and qualitative nature, and both on a periodic and ad hoc basis.

Tasks : 

- Preparation, controlling and analysis of financial & management reporting

- Translating strategic objectives into actionable information and KPIs

- Support financial planning, budgeting & forecasting processes

- Analyse, report and take action on any deviations from forecasts and planning

- Evaluate/ challenge the businesses and initiate actions to improve future performance

- Performing business economic, market and strategic scenario analyses

- Ad hoc queries and financial information requests

- Act as a business partner for internal stakeholders and (key) management

Skills and Requirements : 

- 1-5 years of experience in Finance, consultancy or a similar job

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

- Proactive in approach, eager to learn and able to work independently
