OYO Rooms - Assistant Content Manager - Conversion (4-5 yrs)
The position requires a self-starter, who can own the designated work and maintain a proactive communication flow with the stakeholders to deliver a New Project.
Key Responsibilities
a. Maintain a seamless communication flow with the Product head and other team leads
b. Lead vernacular app launches from content perspective
b. Check for overall quality of the language
c. Deliver regular updates to the relevant skate holders through Plans, E-mails, and Meetings
d. Have a clear thought process
Key Requirements
a. A confident person with clear and smart communication
b. Can identify the problems by coordinating with the teams involved in the project and troubleshoot when required
c. Can plan and manage the work, by meeting deadlines. Has an eye for details
d. Can read the local language and check for content quality on the app (contextual language checking)
e. Min 4 years of experience in communication/ project handling/ project management/ stakeholder management in a high-paced environment
f. Can maintain workflow and create a plan of action
g. Good written and verbal communication
