Assistant / Associate - Financial Reporting Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Preparation of monthly MIS Including PL,BS, Cash flow and other reports

- Payable management and monthly book closing including monthly provision

- Coordination with statutory and internal auditors including Big4 audit firms.

- Conduct reviews with controllers of subsidiaries, review of control checklist and schedules.

- Oversee and maintains chart of accounts and review accounting policies and procedures.

- Consolidation of financials of group companies as per Ind AS, Application of accounting principles on business situations.

- Oversee GST and other routine tax compliance knowledge of ERP is desirable

- Preparation of PPT for management review

Desired Candidate Profile :

- CA/CA inter , with Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in accounting/finance

- Experience in working with multiple legal entities and accounting consolidation

- Experience with financial reporting requirements

- Goods system knowledge and experience of handling big audit firms is desirable.
