JOB ROLE - Asset Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Business Development:
- Responsible for end-to-end business development of the assigned area; includes planning and building short-term and long-term supply
- Identifying & signing new properties, while ensuring commercial feasibility for both parties
2) P&L Responsibility:
- Ownership of P&L through supply for the assigned area
- Achieve growth in relationship value through improved asset management
3) Relationship / Account Management:
- Ensure high touch with client
- Manage relationships to improve value of existing clients
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of client's assets and risk appetite
- Solve for client's requirements through partnership opportunities
4) Cross-functional team work: Through coordination with multiple teams across HQ and city teams
REQUIRED SKILLS
1) 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales/business development / wealth management
2) Prior experience in cross-functional project/ account management
3) Experience in early-stage startup environments would be an advantage
4) Focused and possess sales mindset
5) Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground
6) Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation driven
7) Demonstrates high ethical values
8) Ability to use data to drive decisions
