About the role : Our team of Area Supply Managers drive the property supply agenda - hence serving as the lifeline as well as the growth engine of this business. The role calls for extensive ground work and strong negotiation skills. Responsibilities : - Planning and signing long stay residential real estate through local sources (builders, agents, brokers and home owners) - Working closely with the Area Supply Head and targeting different clusters for short, medium and long term supply - Coordinating with the Transformation and Operations team to ensure that the property stays active as a profitable business unit - Managing relations with the property owners - negotiating and re-negotiating as per business requirement Required Skills : 1. Number Driven Individuals with Go-Getter Attitude 2. Strong Communication skills with a touch of assertiveness 3. Ability to negotiate effectively 4. Analytical ability - understanding of cost and pricing dynamics5. Ability to see things from the point of view of both suppliers and buyers MUST HAVEs 1.
