OYO Rooms - Area Sales Head (2-6 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage the P/L end to end for assigned market
- Drive the offline channels and close liaising with the online team to ensure meeting of the URN targets
- Responsible for managing Operations (quality of service & escalations) in the marketplace and ensuring high quality of customer experience
- Building Sustainable demand channels from a long term perspective
- Responsible for meeting the supply targets and identifying new supply avenues
- Build a highly engaged and energetic team strive for success
- Creating new processes to improve operational efficiencies
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience mandatory
- Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground
- Focused and possess sales mindset
- Team Leader with objective approach towards goal setting and monitoring
- Ability to get things done and influence others
- Analytical frame of mind & a go better attitude
- Demonstrates high ethical values
