OYO - Partner Consultant - Night Shift Job Responsibilities : - Partner Consultant is responsible for managing client relationships with hotel partners, and - Driving engagement through performance management and providing support on key issues. The position will operate out of the Gurgaon office. This is an account management role with KPIs related to partner experience and revenue etc. Job Responsibilities : - Partner Consultant is responsible for asset performance &amp; ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations: - Build and manage relationships with asset partner of OYO to drive guest experience - Mentoring the partner with business insights &amp; drive KPIs with the partners - Coordinate with the cross-functional teams to ensure business target achievements and meeting expectations on service delivery - Manage asset partners accounts for OYO's profitability targets - Train asset partners on technology, growth and policy updates from OYO's network Requisites : - Excellent communication skills &amp; exceptional account management skills - Ability to manage situations tactically - Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-driven - Flexible shift timings
