OYO - Listing Manager - International OTA

- Onboarding of hotel partners on the indirect distribution platform to boost online sales

- Work with stakeholders both internal and external to get the requirements and execute

- Responsibility for getting the online product ready for an entire country within TAT

- Lead a team of Listing executive and listing QC to ensure that the work for the assigned country is done before go-live date of the property

- Ensure minimum errors in the final product by enhancing QC processes

- Work with OH, RH and BDH onground to ensure that the process for listing is smooth without delays or escalations

- Work with tech on improving process using automated tools

Desired Skills & Experience :

- Working knowledge of MS excel

- Good in coordination with clients and internal teams

- Should have exceptional oral and written communication skills

- Must be good in work planning and prioritization

- Should have worked on product which is directly accessed by users via internet

- Knowledge of Online travel agent operation will be a plus

- Candidate with prior experience leading back office operations for 2-3 years in ecommerce

Industry will be preferred :

- Min Qualification - Undergrad Preference - IIT/NIT/Top Delhi University Colleges

- Experience - 3-4 years

- Preferred location - Gurgaon
