Key Responsibilities: - Ensure quality food is served pan India through standardization, auditing and feedback monitoring - Manage kitchen performance through 3C scoring and platform ratings and build a module to improve the same - Own vendor and distributor recon to ensure timely payouts are made and the system is made sustainable - Build supply chain management module around delivery kitchens for raw material procurement and packaging procurement - Product management - develop packaging products suitable to handle food being served and also own content generation for kitchen listings People Responsibilities : - Manage a team directly in the corporate office and liaison with the kitchen live and revenue teams to ensure all-round guest experience
