Key Responsibilities: - First principal problem solving, analytical skills, data-driven focused decision making, excellent project management skills&nbsp; - Define and execute OYO's strategy and execution philosophy for SEM&nbsp; - Perform regular site audits to ensure we're using the latest Google search features, and are optimized for the right keywords. &nbsp;- Analyze performance data and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on conclusions.&nbsp; - Conduct recurring weekly and monthly optimization tasks (i.e. keyword ranking, expansion, ad testing, negative keywords, etc.)&nbsp; - Enable team to perform day-to-day campaign activities for enterprise level Paid Search (PPC) campaigns, including: bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, etc Required Skills: - 1+ years of experience managing search marketing campaigns and budgets at scale&nbsp; - Proven track record of increasing traffic, improving brand and site visibility within major search engines, and increasing site authority through trusted and natural link building. &nbsp;- Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles and excellent project management skills. &nbsp;- Deep understanding of Google Ads strategies, keyword bidding, and best practices&nbsp; - Experience with SQL, Python and/or R is a plus &nbsp;- A strong analytical background with a bias for developing data-driven solution
