Your Key Responsibilities: - Lead last-mile delivery operations and growth across multiple geographies, owning a fleet size of more than 500+ Vehicles, 50+ Delivery Hubs - Lead a team size of 30+, effectively drive team pieces of training and enable the team to run operations efficiently - Responsible for owning MoM targets in terms of sourcing and onboarding of new EVs at the targeted geographies and clients - Monitoring the growth and quality metrics of the region, take necessary actions to correct out of compliance metrics - Coming up with new initiatives to boost hyper-growth in the region - Client Engagement: Closely work with client-side Hub POCs, build relationships with close engagement and thus help in Oye's growth at the hub level - Driver Partner Engagement: work closely with the driver-partners on the ground to understand and plug the burning issues and come up with product and process solutions. - Analysis, Implementation, and Execution: Responsible for data analysis and on-ground implementation of the plans and strategies - Team Management: Design key KPIs for the ground team and track them on a daily basis and extract 100% performance from the team Key Requirements: - 3-6 years of experience, preferably in the logistics/last-mile delivery segment - Candidates with startup experience will be given preference - Hustler with a go-getter attitude and strong on the feet thinking - Strong cognitive, interpersonal and communication skills - Good data reading and presentation skills
