Ability to observe data analytically and make quality operational decisions - Ability to work passionately with 100% ownership - Work Experience in a start-up is a plus - Work Experience in Mobility is a plus Job Description: - Plan, own and execute the Top-line and bottom-line numbers for Oye's Delivery Business for the multiple geographies spread across multiple cities. - Lead a team size of 150+ folks and effectively drive new hiring, training of the current team, and team's overall performance management. - Lead overall supply growth on the platform across multiple geographies by solving on-ground challenges, developing necessary processes, and channelizing new growth initiatives. - Lead overall driver quality on the platform to effectively improve driver performance on the platform - Lead overall training and engagement of driver-partners on the platform and take necessary actions to ensure a high retention rate on the platform - Lead client-side hub operations by enabling the team to effectively communicate and coordinate with local hub POCs and develop world-class issue resolution processes for clients. - Drive overall operations for multiple clusters through rigorous planning, forecasting, and delegating the right targets to the team members - Share regular feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing, and other factors influencing on-ground operations - Support the management team to develop a strategic roadmap - where to play, how to win, and whether to start - Drive and support execution of the go-to-market strategy of new initiatives and cross-functional strategic initiatives across different functions - Periodic performance assessment of team members to ensure optimal productivity from them - Extensive planning to assess demand and supply; Initiate business development goals to increase demand within existing clusters - Drive launch of new initiatives from time to time to expand to new clusters. Assess cluster potential on key parameters, analyze its potential growth and launch the processes from scratch. - Develop key processes to track critical operations parameters and initiate data collecting platform from scratch - Identify gaps in existing products and give feedback on key improvements possible for existing products - Work closely with a multi-functional team; stakeholder management with other teams.
