Job Description As Oye! Rickshaw embarks on its next phase of growth; we are looking to ramp up the supply team to support multiple growth initiatives. The Program Manager will be part of the Central Supply team and will work closely with the leadership team. The Program Manager will help in creating and managing business strategy, driving new initiatives, and aligning with all stakeholders including key clients and investors. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability in data analysis and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural leader, you will have a strong talent for stakeholder management and project coordination. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to nurture program success from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities of the role: - Running PMO for core central projects associated with Electric Rickshaw supply expansion, retention, rate car and quality aspects - Working closely with key influencers and decision-makers across the organization to shape positive outcomes and impact business growth - Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives linked with improving the key quality metrics of driver-partners on the platform using the right rate card tools - Deep dive into key data trends associated with the targeted program and draw actionable insights - Work closely with the analytics team to build relevant dashboards/modelling tools for driving the project - Develop program assessment protocols for consistent evaluation and improvement - Work closely with product team and build product roadmap for the successful long term effective execution of the project - Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives - Create dashboards to track productivity, progress, and other KPIs - Manage internal stakeholders, keeping them informed, helping them align their procedures with new changes - Planning Tracking & Reviewing and Process Management - Act as a scrum master, help to adopt and executing agile practices - Building and maintaining all key project delivery timelines - Ability to communicate concisely clearly and with confidence with senior leadership Key Requirements - 1-3 years of relevant work experience in program/project management - Bachelor's degree in engineering, a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience, MBA a Plus - Candidates from mobility or consulting backgrounds would be preferred - Experience building processes, project management, and release schedules - Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units - Accountable, can do and get things done attitude, independent and resourceful - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where the goal post is changing constantly - Experience prioritizing competing demands, scoping large efforts and negotiating timelines are necessary skills - Superb communication skills - Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities
