Job Description

As Oye! Rickshaw embarks on its next phase of growth, we are looking to ramp up the CEO's team to support multiple growth initiatives. The Program Manager will be part of the Office of CEO and will work directly with the Founder & CEO, and Chief of Staff. The Program Manager will help in creating and managing business strategy, driving new initiatives, and aligning with all stakeholders including key clients and investors. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural leader, you will have a strong talent for stakeholder management and project coordination. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to nurture program success from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

- Performing robust analysis of new sectors/ businesses for expansion

- Creation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and key goals

- Running PMO for core central projects - Working closely with key influencers and decision-makers across the organization to shape positive outcomes and impact business growth

- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives

- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives

- Identify key requirements, gather feedback, and maintain working relationships with cross-functional teams and external vendors

Requirements Skills

- Strong Problem Solving and Analytical skills

- Strong Interpersonal & Communication skill

- Strong team skills and ability to collaborate with senior management

- Entrepreneurial Mindset - Ability to think Top-Down and Bottoms up

- Strategic mindset

- Proficient in primary and secondary research, business modeling, developing business plans, conducting informational interviews

- Proficient in slide writing and storylining, and performing independent analyses

- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

Qualifications

- Recent MBA graduate from top tier institutes (ISB, IIMs or International business schools)

- 2-4 years prior experience in Consulting/ Investment Banking/ management role at top tier firms and/ or prior experience in strategy/ CEO's office at startups
