A Social Media Manager in Oye! Rickshaw will be responsible for the following: - Identifying key value additions of Oye! Rickshaw and building a social media identity for the brand. - Understand the interests and behaviors of the audience and how to best connect with them. Develop and communicate a customer's Oye! Rickshaw journey via social media. - Build a strategy for engagement across key channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc, with a focused effort on increasing engagement and growing followers. - Increase engagement of Oye users on social media by developing contests and promotional activities. - Well-versed with social media analytical tools. Be highly metrics-driven to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns with a focus on optimization. - Drive an effective content strategy to make sure content is informative and appealing across all platforms, including Social Media channels, Oye websites, forums, etc. Essential Requirements : - 3+ years of proven record in social media management. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. - Impeccable written &amp; spoken English.
