A Performance Marketing Manager in Oye! Rickshaw will be responsible for the following: - Manage acquisition campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other online channels. - Identify additional platforms for online acquisition and drive the same. - Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance. - Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, and other channel metrics. - Help support weekly and monthly reporting of channel metrics, goals, and other KPIs. - Monitor attribution dashboards and key reporting tools like AppsFlyer. - Work closely with the other teams and stakeholders to ensure acquisition goals are met. Essential Requirements: - 3+ years of digital ads performance marketing management. - A deep understanding of the key metrics to drive performance and CAC optimization. - A strong grasp of app analytics, A/B testing, and metrics-driven marketing.
