OYE! is a shared electric micro-mobility service for the masses. We connect people with public transportation & demand hubs, and provide an ecosystem for drivers. The company was founded in 2017 and has been funded by investors - Matrix Partners, Hero Family, Chiratae (IDG) Ventures, Xiaomi, Falcon Edge Capital among others. Our latest venture is in the space of energy services - we are setting up a distributed lithium-ion battery swap network for supporting e-rickshaw based mass micro-mobility. Location - Delhi, India KRA : - Lead the spares, upkeep and maintenance for the assets (Batteries, Swapping Stations etc) used in Oye Rickshaw's energy service business. - Establish SOP for real-time troubleshooting, predictive and on-demand maintenance at various levels. - Perform industry level benchmark on SLA's for third party vendors in EV space. Establish relationships with preferred partners after successful technical and commercial negotiations. - Ensure seamless communication with vendors and make sure that vendors do not default on the agreed SLAs - Designing processes to monitor the asset quality, health and efficient usability of batteries - Regular monitoring of battery health across geographies. - Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure fault free product availability on the ground at all times - Plan spares and regular maintenance activity with supply chain - Testing and updates on battery packs for range and quality parameters - Real time monitoring and response on demand for smooth ground operations - Real time monitoring of assets for suspicious activity to ensure timely and adequate response in case of suspicious activity. Must Have: - Experience in vendor management and stakeholder management - Decent experience in Project Management skills with an understanding of carrying out time based supply projections - Experience in creating processes from scratch for large scale programs with an aim to identify bottlenecks and provisioning for critical failure points in the processes beforehand. - A very high sense of ownership - Candidate must take full ownership of the project and ensure dependencies are always taken care of. - Experience in working on Battery systems (EV Batteries - Li ion) and charging systems. - Engineering Degree; Advanced degree is a plus. Good to Have: - Prior experience in working in a fast paced environment - typically with cross functional team structure - Prior experience in logistics / transportation industry; EV and solar maintenance - Prior experience in start-up
